祖孙双单亲比对的匹配概率研究

目的推导祖孙双单亲比对的匹配概率(PMGDS)公式,并以随机模拟法进行验证。方法首先,根据定义推导PMGDS的数学公式,依据此公式在19个基因座上计算PMGDS的数值。其次,以随机模拟法设计实验,在19个基因座上计算PMGDS的模拟值。最后,以模拟值对比公式值的方式,对公式进行实验验证。结果研究获得了PMGDS的数学公式,经模拟实验验证显示出良好的符合。结论祖孙双单亲比对的错判概率较低,具有很好的应用价值。     

Public Administration Research in Mainland China: A Systematic Review of Chinese Public Administration in English Language Journals (1996–2016)

This study provides a systematic review of the development of Chinese public administration in English language journals. An analysis of articles in the top 25 English-language public administration journals worldwide from 1996 to 2016 confirmed increases in both the number and significance of studies of Chinese public administration. A systematic content analysis of abstracts of previous studies was performed and showed that social development and administrative reform were among the most important topics. With respect to the methodology of this study, qualitative methods were more frequently used than quantitative or mixed methods. Finally, implications for future research on Chinese public administration are discussed.     

浅议《合同法》框架下的智能合约适用问题

智能合约是运行在区块链上能够自动履行合同义务的新型合同,因其具备"自动履行"和"去中心化"等优势,故可降低合同履行成本、提高合同运行效率,但也导致了智能合约难以直接适用现行合同制度的订立规则、生效要件和救济方式等问题。本文从理论角度分析了智能合约的运行过程,通过对合同法理论的解释使智能合约与合同制度相契合;从技术角度分析了智能合约的原理与架构,利用技术手段对其进行修正,使智能合约符合《合同法》的规定。     

文化中介者与“驴友”旅游品味的建构——基于《孤独星球》的内容分析

如同其他品味制造者一样,《孤独星球》作为将出版商和“驴友”连接起来的旅游攻略,可以被延伸为布迪厄语境下的文化中介者,它通过调适旅游目的地与旅游实践和旅游品味的关系而建构、形塑着“驴友”的品味。在对目前《孤独星球》中国系列丛书进行词频统计和社会网路分析可视化后,发现其从景点、住宿、交通、饮食四大模块构建了“驴友”追求自然本真、刺激冒险、“异文化”风情、节俭环保、“文艺范”和重视体验的一套符合“驴圈”的身份认同的旅游品味,从而区分“驴友”与其他旅游者的关系,最终构建了旅游品味的合法性权威。     

家庭结构与健康风险:基于青少年近视的实证分析

家庭结构与青少年发展关系密切,但鲜有研究注意到其对身体健康的影响。本研究以近视为例,强调独生子女带来的亲子唯一性和强势社会化对我国青少年身体健康的影响,以及家庭居住安排不同带来的条件叠加效应。基于CEPS数据的分析表明,独生子女近视几率显著高于非独生子女;居住安排对独生子女是否近视没有影响,但会显著改变非独生子女近视的几率。在控制其他变量的情况下,这种效应的大小虽有所下降但仍显著存在。因此本研究认为,家庭结构变迁,特别是独生子女家庭增多也是近几十年来我国青少年近视率不断增高的社会原因。未来研究应就此进行更加丰富的探索,厘清其中的作用机制,从社会科学的角度为全国性的近视防控提供更多依据。     

Hybrid Coordination for Coping with the Medical Surge from the COVID-19 Pandemic: Paired Assistance Programs in China

The COVID-19 pandemic poses unprecedented challenges to public health care systems and demands intergovernmental coordination to cope with the resulting medical surge. This essay analyzes the operation of Paired Assistance Programs (PAPs) in China, offering a timely comparative case for researchers and practitioners to examine when reflecting on the classic debate over the hierarchical versus network approaches to coordination in emergency management. PAPs highlight the importance of network management and necessity of institutionalizing mechanisms of governance to facilitate coordination within multilevel response systems.     

State transformation goes nuclear: Chinese National Nuclear Companies’ expansion into Europe

Abstract

Most of the literature on state transformation focuses on China’s relations with African, Asian and Latin American countries and the National Oil Companies’ overseas expansion to show that China has become fragmented, decentralised and internationalised. This article contributes novel findings by focusing on China’s relations with Europe and the actions of China’s National Nuclear Companies (NNCs). It shows that NNCs, which have become relatively autonomous actors, often pursue their agendas of expansion into Europe without much coordination with, or even in contradiction to, other ministries’ agendas and interests, especially the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Instead of being orchestrated by the central government, their expansion reflects considerable disorganisation and sometimes undermines China’s official strategy. The article demonstrates this through case studies of NNCs’ involvement in the UK and Romania.     

政治生态研究的现状、热点与展望——基于CiteSpace的文献计量学分析

风清气正的政治生态是国家发展、民族昌盛、政党生存的坚实基础。十八大以来政治生态成为学界研究的热点问题。本文以1994年至2019年7月CNKI数据库中篇名含“政治生态”的核心期刊和CSSCI期刊为样本数据。通过文献计量学结合可视化分析软件CiteSpace，从文献量、涉及学科、来源期刊、发文作者、研究机构、关键词共现和聚类等方面进行可视化分析并绘制科学知识图谱，对政治生态的研究现状、热点主题、演进阶段进行量化分析。研究结果表明，政治生态研究态势良好，成果较丰富，但没有形成核心作者集群，作者和研究机构合作度均不高。研究内容上，政治生态的内涵不断丰富，分类更具体；其内在逻辑包括实践、主体和制度三维理路。对于实现路径的研究主要从思想性、导向性、民主化、法制化等方面入手，形成了大量宝贵的经验，构建了科学合理的政治生态评价指标体系，为进一步深入研究提供了借鉴。

国家政治安全视角下境外非政府组织的管理路径

国家政治安全是国家安全的根本,处于国家安全体系中的至高层次和根本地位。境外非政府组织作为在境外成立的非营利、非政府社会组织,选择在开放的中国开展活动,对我国经济社会发展发挥了积极作用。但部分境外非政府组织来华活动动机不纯,企图传播西方政治理念,开展影响我国政治安全的活动。新时期,防治境外非政府组织在华活动,必须进一步完善在华境外非政府组织管理法律法规,把好"合法性准入"关,做好资金管控工作,健全监督管理协调机制,构建在华境外非政府组织完整信息数据库和大数据预测预警分析平台,最终实现在华境外非政府组织的规范化发展,确保国家政治安全。
